How are they created?

Produced from only the highest quality human grade silverside of beef , our uniquely dog friendly biltong collection is lovingly hand crafted , and marinated in our special blend of herbs.

This unique process intensifies flavour, infusing the meat before being naturally hung to air cure in our special drying room at ByBenji HQ.

Delicious, nutritious, wholesome and importantly 100% natural, it’s this handmade production method that insures strength in consistency, and produces a raw beef treat high value choice that is fast being hailed as the ultimate reward and recall training treat collection.
