Terms & Conditions
GIFT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue. Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed against all available products at Perf1c Limited t/a ByBenji Biltong.
Gift Vouchers do not cover shipping charges unless the value of products purchased exceeds £65
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund or have their balances consolidated onto a new voucher or be replaced after expiry.
Gift Vouchers are not; Legal Tender, Account Cards, Credit / Debit Cards or Securities.
Gift Vouchers may be used for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, your balance must be paid by Debit or Credit Card via Stripe or Direct Bank Transfer (Bacs).
If your purchase is for less than the value of the voucher, the balance will remain on the Gift Voucher to be used again, no change or refund will be given.
If you return any product you have purchased using a Gift Voucher, the balance of the products will be credited to you as a credit note and is to be redeemed against subsequent purchases of product only.
No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the Voucher.
No replacement for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed via any other online retail platform.
Promotion codes, discounts and online offers cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers, unless expressly indicated.
Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation.
The terms and conditions of this Gift Voucher may be amended at any time at the discretion of Perf1c Limited t/a ByBenji Biltong and shall be binding on the customer.
